At Gandys, we want your gear to be perfect for your next adventure; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
